About Dr. Singh

Dr Singh Chiropractor and MasseuseDr. Singh is proud to be a native of Fremont. Having attended Maloney Elementary, Centerville Jr. High and graduating from Washington High School, she is proud to be a business owner in this beautifully diverse and growing city for the past 20 years.

She is Nationally Board Certified and in perfect standing with the California State Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

As part of  Dr. Singh’s professional background, she has had the distinguished honor of being elected into the National Registry Of Top Doctors In America located in the Library Of Congress, Washington, D.C.

Being appointed as a Qualified Medical Examiner, Dr. Singh has had the responsibility to write detailed reports as well as provide expert witness testimony in court cases involving injured patients.

Dr. Singh is an expert in treating Car Accident Injuries as well as determining Disability for patients who cannot go to work due to their pain and injury.

Being in clinical practice for two decades has allowed Dr. Singh to diagnose and treat many patients with muscle, joint and nerve problems with great success.

This experience has made Dr. Singh a popular featured guest speaker on local & international Radio Talk Shows to discuss various health topics. Patients from different parts of the country as well as overseas have sought care at her office.

Dr. Singh takes pride in providing respectful and courteous service. She takes time to know each patient individually. Treating each patient as she would her own family member. She speaks Spanish, Hindi, Punjabi & Urdu to better serve our diverse community.

During her time away from the office, Dr. Singh spends it with her two beautiful children. They enjoy hiking together, baking cupcakes and volunteering at the local food banks.

Dr. Singh feels strongly that she has found her calling with Chiropractic. She feels blessed to touch so many lives and do the work she loves.
